Can I purchase Health products in retail stores?

Do you ship international?
Yes! We ship worldwide and to all 50 states in the US, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders inside the United States.
When you subscribe to a product, all subscription shipments are shipped for free.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $10.
International orders are a flat rate of $20 (subject to change).
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. When it does, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
United States Shipping Estimate: Within 5 Working Days (3-7)
International Shipping Estimate: Within 10 Working Days (5-10)
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at hello@healthbrands.co.

How can I update my order?
Please reach out to us as soon as you can at hello@healthbrands.co if you need to make any updates to your order. We fulfill orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) as well as Paypal, and of course, our gift cards. Occasionally we also take açaí bowls as a form of payment.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
When do I get charged for my subscription(s)?
You only get charged when we are ready to ship your subscription item(s).
How can I modify or cancel my subscription(s)?
You can skip, adjust or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your Account Page. If you need any help, send a note to our team at hello@healthbrands.co.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your new products, so we accept returns within 30 days of your order. We will refund to your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges you may have had). We'll also cover the cost of the return shipment. To start a return, email us at hello@healthbrands.co. It’s that easy.
How long does it take to process a return?
Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
How does the gift card work?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Gift Card code details. You can print, forward or snail mail the code over to your recipient - you decide.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Just enter your gift card code at checkout. Easy breezy.
